It looks like a list of stories from CNN, each linking to a video clip. It’s not from CNN though, and if you click on the links, you won’t see videos:
Clicking on OK, Cancel or Continue will download an EXE named something along the lines of “get_flashplayer.exe” (I stopped paying attention at this point). I’m fairly certain that running this .exe file would do not-so-nice things — doesn’t much matter on my Mac though.
The point is, wow. Besides the Engrish in the “You need to download new version flash player Object…”, this is a pretty good scam. The “CNN video” site could be a little nicer — a black background with a white CNN Video graphic — but otherwise, pretty nice scam.

My wife received a similar one, but for a YouTube site. I told her she could download the file if she wants, but that an EXE file wouldn’t install on our Macbook.
